Philosophy

With so many trends and fads in the fitness industry today, it is often difficult for the consumer to identify the fitness regime that is the safest and most effective approach to helping them achieve their fitness goals. There is no single solution that fits everyone and a workout and/or exercise that may be perfectly appropriate and deliver results for one individual, may be inappropriate or even dangerous for the next.

Joanna’s approach is quite the opposite. Program development begins with an in-depth evaluation of a client’s health & fitness history and includes an assessment of relevant biomechanics. These results are then coupled with a needs analysis and identification of specific client goals to design a training program that is unique to the individual. Whether one on one on in a small group, the focus is always on the correct exercise selection, progression, and modification to suit the individual's health and injury history, level of fitness, and goals. There is no excuse for poor form and correct movement mechanics are always a primary focus during training sessions.

With InSynergy, the ultimate goal is to coach individuals towards their full potential for health, fitness, and performance. With InSynergy, its all about you!
